THERE WILL BE NO TURNS PLAYED ON FRIDAY 22ND JUNE BECAUSE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW WEBSITE SOFTWARE.
If you have not already seen the new look website, you can preview it at www.einnek6.co.uk. Please remember this is a test site and the data in not accurate, but you will be able to see much of the new look.
RULE CHANGES
After many email and telephone discussions with various managers regarding the game, there was a lengthy period spent at the recent Einnek Meet-Up discussion various options. As a result the following changes will be introduced as the new look website software goes live. Full details outlining the thinking behind these changes will be posted on the forum.
1. RETIRAL RULES
When retiring a player, the number of skill points you can claim will be reduced by one. Therefore a skill 10 player is now worth 4 skill points, a 9 worth 3 and a skill 8 worth 2. Both skill 7s and skill 6s will be worth one point for retiral purposes.
2. LIMIT OF RETIRALS PER PLAYER
Each player will now only be allowed to be retired onto 3 times in their career. Once they have their third retiral point added they can receive no more.
3. MAXIMUM WACS
The current maximum WACS will be changed to 25 in all Einnek leagues. This will be done on a gradual scale over a 10 week period.
4. SUSPENSIONS INCREASED BY DIPS
When a player is due to receive a playing ban due to a sending-off or reaching a caution threshold they will now receive a longer ban as for every 24 (*) dips they have throughout their careers. A player will see their ban doubled for each * they have in their career dips total. Thus a player who reaches 5 cautions in a season with *10 dips will serve a 2 match ban, while a player on **8 will serve a 4 match ban.
5. SAMMY BULL
The legendary player’s agent will be returning soon.
The latest graduates from the Einnek Football Association School of Excellence are now available. These players are very highly regarded by the EFA coaching staff and have massive potential.
The auctions close at 1pm on Wednesday 6th June 2007.
The new rules regarding the Youth Academies have been implemented and are now live on the Einnek 3 website.
All Youth Academies now have a 22 week live span. This Weeks At Current Size (WACS!) will be shown on your managemant page. Under your management options will be a new "youth academy options" entry. From here you will be able to see what options are available to you with respect to Your YA.
The full rules will be updated once all 4 leagues are live, but for now see the "YA Rules Explained" post on the forum.

As outlined in the rules when the minimum age limit for retiring a player was introduced, it was set at 25 years because the average age of players in Einnek Three was lower than the other leagues.
The age was due to rise by 1 year afte each completed Einnek Threee season and this has now happened. Therefore the minimum age for retiring a player is now 26.
